COMPOSITION &CONDITIONS Surface Preparation: To obtain good adhesion, it is essential to have a clean and sound substrate. All laitance, oil, grease, etc, shall be cleaned by chemical etching using GEEKAY AL Klean Mixing and application: Mix 2 to 3 parts GEEKAY FIL 450 to one part of water by volume to form thick paste consistency. Do not add more water to the mix. It is advisable to mix the contents using a portable mechanical mixer. Keep the wet mortar idle for 5-10 minutes and remix before application. Fill the tile joint with GEEKAY FIL 450 diagonally across the tile surfaces using a rubber grouting trowel or any other tool. Remove surplus grout with a wet cloth. Polish the tiles with dry cloth when the job is over.
