POLYMER CEMENT MODIFIER APPLICATION & FEATURES GEEKAY MICROSEAL is a specially formulated co-polymer based integral waterproofing compound for cement mortar and concrete, which will reduce the water demand and improve impermeability. GEEKAY MICROSEAL is a superior cement modifier, modified with selected co-polymers. The polymers form an interpenetrating film around the cement hydration products, which increases the water retention and bonding characteristics of mortar and concrete. The polymer particles also impart a ball-bearing effect to the mortar/concrete, aiding in increased workability. COMPOSITION &CONDITIONS GEEKAY MICROSEAL shall be mixed and thoroughly dispersed with dry Portland cement and fine aggregate before adding the gauging water.
