COMPOSITION &CONDITIONS Application Instructions Preparation All grease, oil, chemical contamination, dust, laitance and loose concretemust be removed by scrabbling or light bush hammering to provide a sound substrate. Steel surfaces shouldbe grit blasted to white metal. Surfaces which show any traces of oil must be degreased with achemical degreaser prior to grit blasting. Priming For maximum adhesion of heavily filled mortars, etc., the surfaces to be treated should be primed by applying a coat ofunfilledGEEKAY MORTAR-903before placing the mortar. Mixing By volume – 2 volumes of resin to 1 volume of hardener By weight – 100 parts of resin to 45 parts of hardener Cleaning GEEKAY MORTAR-903should be removed from tools, equipment and mixers with Solvent 10 immediately after use.
