APPLICATION & FEATURES: CHEMI FIX- 100 is a phosphate free coating, suitable to treat all kind of surfaces from steel to zinc and aluminum. This coating enhances the metallic surface corrosion resistance, obtaining results similar or even superior to the ones obtained through iron base phosphate with a subsequent non-chromic passivation. Besides, it improves the corrosion resistance of painted metallic surfaces. This coating is compatible with any paint type. CHEMI FIX- 100 can be applied by spray / dip, immersion or roll at room temperature, being necessary a subsequent rinse with de ionized water.
